At KawaGear, we are committed to delivering high-quality anime-inspired streetwear to fans around the world. Most of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs while maintaining excellent quality control.

This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, shipping estimates, delivery expectations, and important terms. By placing an order with KawaGear, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders:

  • United States: $5.99 per order
  • International (All other countries): $12.99 per order

Order Processing & Production Time

Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, it enters our production queue.

Because many KawaGear products are custom-made, production times vary by category:

  • Apparel & Fashion Accessories (hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, joggers, embroidered items, etc.) Production Time: 3–8 business days
  • Other Items (shoes, accessories, home décor if available) Production Time: 7–10 business days

Production times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events. Once production is complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Shipping Time Estimates

After production, orders are handed over to our shipping partners.

Estimated Shipping Times (after production):

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Germany: 7–9 business days
  • International (Worldwide): 7–14 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, local courier, or unforeseen circumstances.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced or shipped from different facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order ships. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Yun Express
  • Local postal services (depending on destination)

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. KawaGear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” KawaGear considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Without insurance, replacement or refund for delivered packages may not be possible.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer may be charged additional reshipping fees.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet estimated times, but delays can occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or carrier issues. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
