Returns & Refunds Policy

By placing an order on KawaGear.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms in this policy.
Most of our products are made-to-order. However, we strive to provide a flexible and customer-friendly return experience.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns are eligible for full refund (excluding original shipping fees) if the above conditions are met.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (our error), we will:
- Offer a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund (including original shipping cost)
Please report issues as soon as possible within the 30-day window.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at support@kawagear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide the following information:
- Order number
- Photos/videos showing the item and issue (if any)
- Reason for return
After review, our team will send you a free return shipping label (for US customers) and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- United States: We provide a free return shipping label (download and print).
- International: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged due to our error.
All returned items must be sent via the provided label or a trackable shipping method.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank or payment provider processing time may take additional days.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective/incorrect items. For size/color changes (customer choice), we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded (except if defective):
- Items returned after 30 days
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Personalized/custom products (if any) with user-provided designs (unless defective)
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
8. Product Variations
Slight color or appearance differences due to screen settings or production processes are normal and not considered defects.
Please review size charts carefully before purchasing. Size-related returns (customer choice) are accepted but fall under standard return policy.
9. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages returned due to address errors. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.
10. Delivered Packages
Once the carrier marks an order as “Delivered”, it is considered successfully fulfilled. For lost or stolen packages after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
